We now have only two weeks to go until we climb Snowdon. We aren't just doing this for fun or a personal challenge as there is a more important reason for this event - raising money for a young girl with Cerebral Palsy.
Sophia is 7 years old and was born prematurely shortly after she suffered a stroke which left her with CP. She cannot move around unaided but the future is looking bright as she has been accepted to have pioneering surgery in the US which will allow her to walk with the aid of crutches. The only catch is her parents need to raise £70,000.
This is where the Snowdon challenge comes in. We want to raise as much money as possible to make our contribution to the total amount needed. Anything that we raise SEO it Right will match - meaning that effectively we will be doubling the amount.
